WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders may take up to 5-9 business days to ship after receipt. We primarily ship via USPS with tracking within the U.S. and may offer UPS, DHL, or FedEx for international orders.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for all "value added tax" fees for purchases made herein that your country may require by law.

If incorporating other highly active products like Vitamin C serums, Retinol, or exfoliants, you may need to adjust, separate, or omit their use to prevent sensitivity or adverse reactions. We’re here to help you elevate your ritual. ✨

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a PRESTIDGE beauté 30-day Happiness Promise for all U.S. customers. If you’re not completely pleased with your products, you may request a refund through our contact page.

To initiate a return, please provide your order number. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, less a $9 handling fee and an $8 return shipping label fee. Kindly note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. See our full FAQ here.
